Phil Lewis is the Lead Pastor at Park Place. He holds a Bachelors degree in Christian Ministry from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Masters degree from Asbury Seminary in Youth Ministry and Christian Education. For 13 years he served as a youth pastor, working with families and teens. During that time, God gave him a passion for helping grow strong families. Since 1986 years he has continued to developed his counseling skills while leading parenting seminars, workshops and weekly groups designed to inform and transform broken homes and lives. He believes there is nothing too hard for God to fix. Many of the things that he shares in the counseling setting come from his experience not only as a pastor, but as a father of two daughters (Noelle and Bethany), and husband to his wife Mindy since 1983. He understands what works and what doesn't work as a dad, husband, and friend. He still has a lot to learn and leaves each session not only giving advice but taking it too...

Peter "Mac" Cardinal has a Bachelors degree in education with a minor in psychology from Houghton College and a Masters degree in counseling from Liberty University. He has received training in grief crisis counseling from Parents of Murdered Children, rape crisis counseling from the Sexual Assault Family Empowerment Program, and sexual brokenness counseling from Exodus International. He worked as a counselor for a residential court-ordered, drug treatment program for adolescent boys with Southern Oaks Center. He also volunteered as a small group leader with Straight Ahead Ministries for men and women struggling with sexual brokenness and later began his own ministry, Abiding in Him Ministry, for men struggling with the same issues. Mac accepted Christ as his Savior in October 1982. In October 1995 God set Mac on a path that led to his own personal healing. Since then he has felt called to assist others in obtaining the same healing from the Lord regardless of the nature of their wounding.
